I visit Caramel almost every fortnight since they moved from Salhiya to Bneid AlGar where they have made some tremendous developements over the past 3 years especially after there last renovation which converted the store into a pastel coloured dessert haven. The colourful wallpaper and delicate decoration with the marshmallow and candy filled jars give you the sense of traveling back in time to an old fashioned American candy store from the 60's.
Caramel offers a wide variety of freshly baked cakes some of their most famous cakes include the pumkin cake, the delicious carrot cake, and the chocolate snickers cheese cake you maybe familiar with some of these cakes because they used to be served at Caribou Coffee Kuwait.
Most of their cakes are offered in a variety of sizes: a standard full size, saucer size and mini size. All of the cakes are now presented in purple and green pastel boxes which are newly designed that match the colour theme of the bakery which is a refreshing change from the plain white boxes they used to use.

Some of their cakes have to be pre ordered I recommend to call ahead to make sure your choice of dessert is available.
