Going back to Zuma Dubai I went on a Thursday night which is a weekend in Dubai, I got a car pick us up from the Emirates Towers Hotel as they have a BMW car drop off and pick up service free of charge to and from DIFC and it was recommended by the concierge, he told me it would be hard to find a parking there, although later on I found out that there was valet parking available. I thought Zuma Dubai was not going to be as hip as London actually I was surprised every one seemed dressed up and very hip, so always overdress when you go to Zuma you wont regret it.
As soon as I walked in there was a hostess by the parking elevator that took my reservation details and showed me to the elevator. I could hear the music beats from the parking. As the elevator doors open it was like stepping into a night club however the vibe was astonishing thanks to the funky urban music, there was another hostess that took our details and then showed us to our table. The crowd and the two floor open space restaurant with its amazing interior gave it a hip atmosphere but dont let the glamorous and posturing ladies distract you from the OISHI (delicious in Japanese) Japanese food.
Tempura Rolls
Spicy beef and it was very delicious and tender.
This is one of their most popular dishes and a MUST TRY !! 'gindara no saikyo mis yaki' (miso marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf) I've tried black cod in alot of places even some of the best Japanese restaurants in Japan and Singapore but this is amazingly OISHI !
Creme Burlee
Overall it was an amazing experience if you're ever in Dubai you must visit Zuma and I recommend going on the weekend to enjoy the amazing hip atmosphere surrounded by a good crowd and of course really delicious food.
